As a sole consultant for this new multimillion-dollar restaurant, we were tasked with fulfilling the client’s vision: Offer the best value to the locals, and hundreds of thousands who visit this famed national treasure.

We built a solid plan, and assumed responsibility for all purchasing and identified the best candidates for the key positions. To entice guests, we created a unique menu that won immediate accolades from the critics as well as the locals and visitors alike.
