Boca, an Argentinean steak house, stands on the north end of Marin County and on the way to the famed wine country. Working with one of the most talented bay area restaurant designers, Michael Brannon, we were able to convert a tired, old building into a timeless Argentinean ranch house, incorporating the desires of our chef partner George Morrone who wanted to showcase his ancestral Argentinean cuisines.

As Managing General Partner, we were involved soup to nuts. We raised the capital, negotiated a long-term lease, oversaw construction and interior designs, create a success map proforma, hired and trained a team of over hundred, assembled all operational systems—including marketing and PR efforts.

Boca Steak has been one of the most successful restaurants in North Marin County for the past six years.
